The entire team at Hive has been truly amazing. They were always more than happy to answer any of our questions. Their customer service is second to none. The installation team has a great eye for the details, which was really appreciated.

  • star star star star star

Super personable and knowledgeable. The Owner personally came over and went through the smart home plan for our new house- line by line. I never felt up sold. Jeff was incredibly patient and developed a plan on the spot that worked within our budget. It is rare in this day and age to get customer service like this. We just completed construction on our dream home. This is a big deal to us and it’s nice to work with people that get that and deliver!

We sincerely appreciated Hives professionalism and timely service. Christian, our installer, came on. Friday and did a complete overhaul on our home system. He did not leave until later that evening, making sure that everything was working and that we were comfortable using the new system. He has been available with a smile each time I call him for my silly user issues. Thank you Christian and Hive for getting us up and going in this ever changing tech world!!

"hive" The one stop company for all your home theater needs for life. After many calls I found "hive". Receptionist very pleasant, scheduled visit next day. Jeff and Christian on time, did not take long to determine what was needed to get the theater back up and running. Jeff and Christian provided service that many companies no longer take the time to offer, great service. While Christian was making final system test, Jeff was up on the ladder reinstalling one of the ceiling speakers I had removed thinking was causing the problem. Christian ordered the parts and off they went. In a short amount of days here comes Thomas, very pleasant and professional. He not only installed, tested and showed me how to operate the system he answered all my many questions. He completed a few more things for us. He organized and removed all 100 old wires coming out of the wall and equipment no longer needed. He reconnected one of the recliners I thought had stopped working. You now have a customer for life. Grateful for the service that each level of your company provided. Other companies can learn from the service you provide your customer.

I worked with Tim @ Hive on my Media Room project and there aren't enough good things to say about my experience and Tim's level of professionalism and willingness to help in every step. I had just over a thousand questions, all of which he answered with a smile and made me feel comfortable about the decisions I made. Tim is very knowledgeable about the products and what works and what doesn't. I just have to share how amazing I think this whole company is! They seriously offer everything you could possibly need to make your home the smartest on the block. I have their lighting, security and video/audio integration in my home and I feel like a complete wizard when I get to show my friends everything my house can do FROM MY PHONE! Christian is the most professional and pleasant person to work with and I would recommend them to anyone. If I could leave 6 Stars, I surely would!

We have been very happy working with Hive. They can really do some amazing things with their technology and skills. We had no idea you could automate so many things in the house and make things much simpler. Great group to work with. Very highly recommend them.

Hives did an outstanding job with my pool! The staff was very knowledgeable, professional and did everything to exceed my expectations. The company is very customer centric and cares about each client. Ben, Eric, Shawn, Robert and the entire crew did an outstanding job. I'd highly recommend Hives!
